As we get closer to moving into our beautiful new space, we wanted to bring you along for one of our favorite parts of the process: choosing the perfect paint colors.
We spent time carefully selecting shades that reflect who we are as a studio—calm, grounded, elegant, and always evolving. And we’re so excited to finally share them with you!

🌿 Meet: Wharf Wind
(Soft, Cool, and Beautifully Balanced)
We fell in love with this shade for its subtle elegance.
Wharf Wind is a softened, cool neutral with a gentle green undertone. It shifts beautifully in the light—sometimes reading as a pale sage, other times as a calming grey-green. It brings a sense of calm and refinement to the space without ever feeling too cold or too earthy.
This color feels like a deep breath—fresh, understated, and effortlessly chic. It sets the tone for the relaxing, elevated experience we want you tos feel from the moment you walk through our doors.

🌫️ Say Hello to:
Crystal Noir
(Our Chic, Moody Grey)
Classic sophistication with a contemporary edge.
To balance out the softness of the sage, we chose Crystal Noir, a rich, neutral-toned grey that adds dimension and quiet drama to the space. It’s elegant without being overpowering—just enough contrast to make the details pop.
Think classic sophistication with a contemporary edge. Crystal Noir will be featured in key areas of the studio, grounding the space and giving it a polished finish we know you’ll love.
💭 Why These Colors?
We wanted the new Grit Studio to feel like more than just a salon. It’s a space for you to relax, reset, and feel beautiful in your own skin.
Together, Wharf Wind and Crystal Noir set the tone for everything we believe in: warmth, style, and a little grit underneath it all.
We can’t wait for you to see it in person. Until then, keep an eye on our blog and Instagram—we’ll be sharing more behind-the-scenes peeks as we bring this new space to life!
XOXO,
The Girls at Grit Studio
